If the answer to any of these questions is Yes, then why not join us for the official launch of ‘What Would You Do?’ (WWYD)

WWYD combines game mechanics with peer-assisted learning to create a memorable, fun and engaging experience where learners commit in front of each other to new behaviours.

• Learning & Development professionals responsible for the development of managers in their organisation.

About WWYD

WWYD is a board game-style learning tool that has been designed specifically with the purpose of engaging first-line managers and helping them explore typical scenarios that they are experiencing in the workplace. It is designed to be simple to use and highly relevant.

It brings everyday management scenarios to life across eight topic areas - managing performance, managing conflict, managing self, managing others, communication, influencing, leadership and teams.

Why gamified learning?

A growing trend for game-based training took hold in Scandinavia around five years ago and is being increasingly embraced in other countries as a highly effective and cost-saving alternative approach to e-learning courses and apps.

As well as developing capability through peer assisted learning, gamification also strengthens the decision-making capability of a team because it engenders an appreciation and respect for diverse views and opinions. Board games such as What Would You Do? also encourage participants from across an organisation to come together, which improves internal collaboration through a deeper understanding of the broader business.
