Menopause typically happens around 51 years old BUT did you know many women start having hormonal changes in their early 40’s? Sometimes even late 30’s.
Some of the first signs of peri-menopause can be heavy periods, brain fog, fatigue, struggling with mood and anxiety and it may be while you’re still regularly cycling.
