Description

I'm curious, do you wash the dishes to have clean dishes or do you wash the dishes to wash the dishes?

Do you find that your mind is never quiet? That it is always jumping to the next thing on the list? The next task to complete? Is your mind constantly full of chatter? A mischievous monkey jumping around your mind and chattering, never giving you any peace or calm to just be?

In this introductory course we will look at the ways Mindfulness can help us in our day to day lives. How it can help us deal with stress or how it can result in us having more energy. There will be some practical elements where you can experience a variety of guided meditations; a practical exploration of how you can introduce this practice into your own life.

Bringing this practice into my own life has helped me to reduce the negative self-talk that can go on in my head. It has allowed me to deal with stress more productively and because my energy isn't constantly divertied to battling self-limiting and intrusive thoughts, I have more energy!

The event is in a relaxed and comfortable environment, homemade cake supplied and coffee is available to purchase on site.

Weather permitting we will utilise the wonderful outdoor spaces available.
