Frequently asked questions

How long does the workshop last?

It will be about 75 minutes total, with the content delivered in about 45-50 minutes and then time for questions!

I've been to one of your perimenopause workshops before, will this be the same content?

There will definitely be some overlap, but in this workshop I'm taking a longer term view of our health and wellbeing - not just the menopause experience, so about 50% of what I share will be new!

If I sign up and then miss the workshop will there be a recording?

Yes, I'll be sending a recording of the main content, but not the Q&A at the end, to protect the privacy of those attending. It's always much better to attend live if you can.
