What's Next? ...Drawing Correspondence
Event Information
About this Event
Drawing Projects UK is pleased to present this online event - What's Next...Drawing Correspondence with Chloe Briggs, Tania Kovats & Anita Taylor - on Friday 22 January 2021 at 6pm.
This event follows on from the online Teaching Drawing Symposium being held from 3pm to 5pm and convened by Drawing is Free and Drawing Projects UK in association with the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2020 exhibition at Trinity Buoy Wharf. As a result of longstanding discussions, combined wth the experience of the public engagement programme and Drawing is Free Residency at Drawing Projects UK supported by Arts Council England in October, a need for personal development programmes for drawing practitioners has been identified by Chloe Briggs, Tania Kovats and Anita Taylor.
Drawing Correspondence will comprise a series of 6-week programmes designed to inspire and support the development of individual drawing practice, and will be led by a group of inspiring drawing practitioners, curators and educators. The first of these occasional personal development programmes will be delivered online and will take place in Spring 2021.
Join this information session with Chloe Briggs, Tania Kovats and Anita Taylor to hear about why now, what's next, and how to become involved.
