We're delighted to invite our members and community to join us for our 2025 annual conference, exploring alternative funding models, innovation, effective power shifting and partnership working as dramatic changes affect the aid and development landscape.

Our conference will focus on how everyone with an interest building a in fairer world, free from poverty, injustice and environmental threats, can respond to aid budget cuts, growing conflicts, and climate shocks. We'll look at how alternative funding models, innovation, effective power shifting and partnership working can support progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals with just five years to the deadline of 2030. And with elections to the Scottish Parliament on the horizon, we'll consider the role Scotland can play in responding to these global challenges.

We'll be returning to Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh, and streamed online for those attending remotely. The agenda will include keynote speakers, interactive panel discussions, 'lightning' presentations, and networking opportunities. The conference will finish with a networking reception, kindly sponsored by WaterAid.

More information about the programme and details of guest speakers will be posted on the SIDA website as they're confirmed. We're grateful to our headline sponsors, WaterAid, KidsOR and StoneX Payements, and our associate sponsors Christian Aid Scotland and Comic Relief, whose generous support helps make the event possible.
