English Literature at the University of Glasgow are delighted to announce our bespoke Attributes & Employability of English Literature Graduates programme for 2016-17, which culminates in the following event:

'What's Next? Paths from English Literature': An Alumni-Student Event, 8th December 2016, Senate Room, University of Glasgow, 6.30-8.30pm.
This will be a roundtable event open to all students, from first to fourth year, with presentations and ‘in conversation’-style discussions with eight invited alumni, a Q&A session and a wine reception. Our distinguished alumni guests are:

  • Claire Baker, MSP Mid Scotland and Fife and Shadow Justice Spokesperson

  • David Crow, Senior US Business Correspondent, Financial Times

  • Graeme McKellar, Head of Creative, Radio Clyde

  • Ruth Oliver, Business Engagement Executive for Glasgow and Clyde Valley, Interface: The Knowledge Connection for Business

  • Jebi Rahman, Partnerships and Networks Programme Manager, Climate and Development Knowledge Network

  • Chitra Ramaswamy, Journalist and Author
