To celebrate our 15th business anniversary and to provide an extra special thank you to the children's activities providers after this exceptional year the 2021 Awards Event will be held at the iconic Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter and the Awards Ceremony will be held in the original Hogwarts™ Great Hall film set on the evening of Thursday 25th November 2021 from 6pm to midnight.

Over 230 guests will be wowed with VIP private access to this magical venue.

VIPs including finalists, guests, sponsors and supporters will meet and mingle as they wander through Diagon Alley™, marvel at the Forbidden Forest™ and gasp at the grandeur of the Gringotts Wizarding Bank™ - plus much, much more!

• This exceptional evening will start at 6pm sharp with welcome fizz* and canapes at the exclusive Arrivals Reception sponsored by beecard Gift Card – offering a welcome opportunity for our VIP guests to meet and mingle with colleagues and contacts old and new ahead of the fabulous private tour.

• The magnificent Hogwarts Great Hall film set will then be transformed into our Awards venue for the Ceremony with TRE UK. VIP guests will take their seats for a hugely special ‘Hogwarts at Christmas’ themed experience with fine dining and wine* served** throughout.

• Once again, our fabulous host Jonathan Bremner will take to the stage to welcome sponsors, supporters, highly-commended finalists and our 29 winners in this very special year.

• The ceremony will also include spell-binding entertainment and some extra special surprises.

• After the magical awards ceremony, the evening will continue as VIP guests resume the private tour including a very important stop at Platform 9 ¾™ where we gather together once again for dessert, sponsored by ThinkSmart Software, served alongside the original Hogwarts Express™ Train.

• Tickets to the exclusive National What’s On 4 Kids Activities Awards Event 2021 plus our 15th anniversary celebration

• Private access to the whole Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter experience for 6 hours from 6pm to midnight on 25th November 2021

Note that there are also paid-for bars throughout the tour and other optional experiences available to purchase such as green screen photos and Butter Beer.

Ticket Information

There are a strictly limited amount of tickets available and we anticipate demand will be very high so please do not delay to avoid the risk of disappointment.

NB - Attendees can benefit from the reduced VAT rate of 5% for hospitality until September 30th.

Finalists

Finalists are entitled to one ticket per person (regardless of number of categories). The commitment fee for this ticket is £45 + Eventbrite fees + VAT. Finalists’ tickets are heavily subsidised by the organisers. The DEADLINE to book tickets as a finalist is noon on Monday 25th October.

Guests of Finalists

Finalists are also entitled to one guest ticket. The cost of this ticket is £155 + Eventbrite fees + VAT. The DEADLINE to book guest tickets at this rate is noon on Thursday 30th September.

General event tickets

General event tickets are released from noon on Tuesday 19th October. The cost of these tickets is £175 + Eventbrite fees + VAT. The DEADLINE to book general event tickets is noon on Monday 8th November. After this date there will be no further opportunity to book tickets to this event.
