Description

We are taking a break in August so our next event is on 27th September.

The London Group - Great Networking Monthly

Presents:

When is Crowdfunding a Good Funding Option?

Our specialist panel includes:

  • Tony Ryan, Business Growth Coach & Senior Business Advisor

They will introduce you to crowdfunding, explaining what it is and (more importantly) what it is not.

You will hear their views and have an opportunity to talk about:

  • the different levels of crowd funding and who you might turn to for specific requirements;

  • type of business suitable for Crowdfunding and how to choose the right platform for you;

  • key considerations in deciding about whether and when to give up equity;

  • examples and ideas of what makes a successful crowd funding bid.

More info on the speakers:

He has set up and run his own coaching and consulting SME company three times, selling two of them successfully. He has been a director of two listed companies and also a director at Deloitte Consulting and KPMG Consulting, as well as establishing, running and selling a sales coaching company. He is a member of the Hounslow Chamber of Commerce and has delivered in excess of 50 business clinics for SMEs, in conjunction with banks, local councils and other SME support organisations.

As CMO of Zattikka, the mobile and social games company, he was part of the team that raised $20m on AIM in April 2012.

PrimaryBid is a leading online funding platform that enables investors to gain access to fundraisings of AIM-listed companies. The platform is open to all investors and is supported by the broking community as a way of accessing, on behalf of their AIM clients seeking capital, the large and active private investor market, as well as institutions. To date over £40m has been sourced for issuers, via the platform.

He is committed to combining his passion for social media and business, in providing high levels of client satisfaction and understanding.

Crowd for Angels is a regulated crowdfunding platform that raises funds for companies through the issue of shares (equity) and crowd bonds (debt) to investors.
