Ruth Stephens is passionate about seeing churches become welcoming environments where those who have experienced adversity feel safe to connect to each other and to God. She holds an MSc in Attachment Psychology and is a qualified Occupational Therapist with many years experience working with children and young people who have experienced trauma. Alongside this she has a wealth of church leadership experience including leading children's ministry.
Tracy Bennett is a Therapeutic Social Worker passionate about empowering children, individuals, and families to thrive. Her background is in fostering but over the last four years, she has specialised in working with community organisations providing training in trauma informed practice and running empowerment courses and workshops for individuals and families, aimed at breaking cycles of generational trauma and building individual and community resilience.
