When You Tri follows the remarkable journey of Lindsy James, Director of Active Fusion, as she pushes herself to compete in the prestigious T100 triathlon. But this is more than just a race. For Lindsy, it’s about confronting one of her greatest fears, open-water swimming. With sheer determination and an unbreakable spirit, she takes on the challenge, proving that sport has the power to break barriers, push limits, and transform lives.

Beyond her own journey, When You Tri carries an even bigger purpose: to raise £100,000 to give young people, especially those growing up in poverty, the chance to experience the life-changing benefits of physical activity. Too many children are missing out, their potential held back by circumstances beyond their control. This film is about giving them a chance, a chance to be healthier, happier, and more confident in their own future.
