About this event

Psychology faces a complex gender picture. While women remain underrepresented in senior roles, men continue to be a minority across undergraduate courses and many areas of applied practice. This matters not only for equity, but for the development of a workforce that reflects the population it serves.

This event brings together educators, practitioners, policymakers, and professional bodies to examine how we can collectively support a more inclusive and representative psychology profession.

Please note this is an invite-only event and not for wider circulation.

We welcome you from 9:00 am for coffee and networking, with the programme starting at 9:30 am and concluding with lunch at 12:30 pm
