Description

The London Group - Great Networking Monthly

Have you ever considered making an App for your business but been unsure where to start, what will be involved and how much it might cost?

At this event we will explore the challenges and potential benefits of getting an App made, including designing your App, contracting and working with developers and publishing your App.

Discussions will be led by Stephen Swan, experienced App developer at Leapfrog with special guest speaker Alex Stanier.

  • Alex is responsible for running Caltrics - an App and calendar managment tool that provides a free and easy to use solution for those of you who want to plan your lives with ease.

  • Alex will share his tips on how to ensure your project is justified and what you need to consider before moving forwards.

  • Stephen will give you insights into what's involved and some important tips on how to succeed in creating a good business App.

Alex Stanier has been involved in IT for 30 years. First Ford Motor Company, then ten years running BBC Education’s IT, followed by offering IT support and consulting services to SMEs, London 2012’s IT operations management for Olympic Broadcast Services and is running Caltrics.
