Event description

Description

Your day-to-day inevitably revolves around delivering for your clients, but how often do you get the chance to take a step back and think about where you want your business to be in 3-5 years?

The future can seem a long way off when you're stuck in the doing. Yet, as a leader of your business, if you don't think about it, your dreams won't materialise and you might end up with a future you don't want.

Even if you already know where you want to be, your business strategy is still worth re-visiting during these disruptive times of rapid change.

Join this workshop with DBA Expert Micahel Thomson who will provoke you to step back and reflect on the strategic direction and purpose of your businesses. Whether small or large, employees or founding directors.

Through an interactive mix of presentations, group work and discussion, you’ll be able to revisit with a fresh eye:

  • What growth means for you and your business and how to better plan towards that
  • Ways to approach new business development to make it more relevant for tomorrow
  • Some key approaches to adopt when considering and connecting to international markets
  • What the next steps for your business will be

You'll leave with:

  • A fresh perspective of the longer-term strategic direction for your own business
  • New insights and ideas that will directly support your on-going client relationships
  • Re-framed perceptions to support business development and contribute to the growth of your business
  • A sense ofInsight into the role of international markets for business development
