Join us for our upcoming online symposium, Where is the diversity in Recognition and Rewards? Zooming in on diversity, equity and inclusion in researcher evaluation reforms, taking place on Wednesday, November 5, from 13:00-15:00.
This event is organized as part of the IDEA (Integrating Diversity into the Evaluation and Assessment of Researchers at the VU) project, funded by CoARA, which aims to develop policy advice and tools for the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam on how to integrate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) considerations into research assessment reforms.
During the event, we will:
- Share research on DEI from the Netherlands and abroad.
- Present key findings from the IDEA project.
- Discuss challenges and opportunities for creating more inclusive R&R systems in academia.
