About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 15 minutes

Could there be a mathematical theorem that requires colouring pencils to solve? Or could there be a way to use maths for maps? Grab your colouring pencils and discover how maths has helped us find the most efficient ways to colours in maps. The maths and maps adventures won’t stop there… Ever been lost in the complexity of a map? Maths has the answer to that too! Find the simplest way to go around using, a very old maths problem! And, perhaps most surprisingly, does a maths problem need to be solved to be useful?

This workshop is strictly for ages 9–11 only.

Refunds can only be issued for tickets cancelled at least two weeks (14 calendar days) in advance of the event date. Please note that this supersedes our normal event terms and conditions.
