Event description

Description

The Policy Research and international Development Directorate (PRID) would like to hear from our colleagues in Public Health Wales to help us shape the development of our 10-year strategy.

PRID aims to ensure that local, national and international learning from policies, research and practices are brought together to support the broader organisation and our partners across Wales and beyond, and so we would like to include you in our journey to help us shape where Public Health in Wales should be heading in terms of policy, research and international development over the next 10 years. Discussions will include: What is our joint vision and how will we realise it? Where would we head if resources were unlimited? What should we prioritise? What challenges may need to be considered?

The PRID Planning Workshop will be a great opportunity for colleagues to meet up with PRID, find out about the work in policy, research and international development in public health, and share your views to help us go forward.

The workshop will take place on Thursday 28th September 2017, 1pm – 3pm in Cardiff (venue/room tbc).

We will aim to have videoconferencing/audio links and welcome participation from all over Wales.

Please contact tracy.black@wales.nhs.uk if you have any queries or require any further information.
