How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

An event pack will be sent out at least 72 hours before the walk. This should answer most things but feel free to email hello@freshwalks.co.uk with any questions you may have. If you've not received the pack by this time, check your email junk or spam and then contact us.

What's the refund policy?

You can self-manage a refund (minus platform fees) with 7 days notice via the Eventbrite app. We'll transfer your place to a similar future event given 24 hours notice.
