MODULE 2: Fundamentals of distillation, Distillation theory and technology, Effect of the pot still designs and copper, Spirit distillation and congeners analysis
MODULE 3: Wood and maturation, Oak structure and composition, Casks making, preparation, effect of pre-used casks, Chemical changes during maturation
