About Whisky Craft

Founded in 2025, Whisky Craft was born from a desire to take customers on a journey — sharing the very best whisky Scotland has to offer. Each bottle is a celebration of the years of craftsmanship behind it — from the coopers and distillers to the warehousemen who made each dram possible. We take inspiration from the country’s five whisky regions, pairing their unique characteristics with the shifting beauty of each Scottish season. From Islay’s stormy seas to the Spring dew of Speyside, each bottle reflects the landscape that shaped it.

Born and bred in Edinburgh, our founder, Sonny Charles, has spent more than a decade immersed in the world of spirits. With a deep respect for tradition, he’s always been drawn to the way whisky captures a distinct piece of Scotland, its landscapes, stories, and quiet sense of place.
