An embodied movement class for women ready to listen, soften, and come home to themselves.

What if your body has been speaking to you all along, not in words, but in whispers?

In our daily lives, we so often override the gentle signals of our body. This class is your invitation to pause, drop in, and move with presence, not performance.

These sessions are not about choreography, flexibility, or “doing it right.”They are about feeling, trusting, and reclaiming the innate intelligence of your body.

Through intuitive movement, breath, energy awareness, and somatic practices, you’ll:

  • Quiet the mental noise
  • Release tension and anxiety
  • Connect to your body
  • Activate your parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress
  • Access joy, flow, and feminine radiance from the inside out.

Whether you’re craving peace, calm, or permission to just be, this space is for you.

You don’t need rhythm. You don’t need experience.

You just need a body and a willingness to listen.

Logistics:- Class is 1 hour and held via Zoom - link will be sent once booked.- Comfy clothes, water, an open mind and heart.
