In our daily lives, we so often override the gentle signals of our body. This special Mabon class invites you to pause, drop in, and move with presence, not performance, just as the Autumn equinox invites the world to pause and balance.
This session is not about choreography, flexibility, or “doing it right.” It is about feeling, trusting, and reclaiming the innate intelligence of your body.
Through intuitive movement, breath, energy awareness, and somatic practices, you’ll:
- Quiet the mental noise
- Release tension and anxiety
- Connect to your body
- Activate your parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress
- Access joy, flow, and feminine radiance from the inside out.
Whether you’re craving peace, calm, or permission to just be, this space is for you.
You don’t need rhythm. You don’t need experience.
