Natasha is a Registered Nutritional Therapist who dedicates her time to supporting corporate clients across London and the City as well as running her online practice.

With a previous career as a chartered surveyor, Natasha fully understands the challenges of making space for health within the pressures of work. Her approach is down to earth, practical, & realistic, focusing on small changes that can have the biggest impact on energy levels, mental performance, brain power, & general wellbeing.
