Start your week in a really positive way. Our networking beach clean meets at Spanish City, Whitley Bay! This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded individuals while doing something good for the environment.

Here's the top 5 reasons to come

1/ Walking helps our thinking. Strolling along the beach, picking up litter, gives time for reflection. And it just feels good.

2/ Fresh air and exercise. We all know how important it is to look after our wellbeing. A walk on the beach is just the ticket.

4/ Time in nature is good for our wellbeing. Connection to nature is linked with wellbeing and pro-environmental behaviour. Whitley Bay has a huge range of birdlife and sealife, including a colony of grey seals at St Mary's Lighthouse.

5/ Do something good. Let’s leave the beach a cleaner place and feel good to have helped.

Don't worry if you've never been to a networking event before – your friendly guide Pete will be on hand to guide you through the morning. We'll provide all the necessary litter picking equipment, so just bring yourself, a positive attitude, and plenty of business cards!

After the clean-up, we'll gather for a coffee at DiMeo's Lido. If you wish, this is a chance to share your experiences, exchange ideas, and maybe even find your next business partner or collaborator. Who knows, you might even make some new friends along the way!
