🎶 Immerse yourself in the powerful resonance of sacred sound bowls and gongs guiding you on a journey of deep relaxation and profound inner harmony. Let the soothing tones wash over you and through you, enveloping you in a cocoon of serenity.

🧘‍♀️ Through a guided meditation with Lizi Sage, we'll gently release stress and tension and invite in a sense of peace and clarity. Together, we'll journey inward, tapping into the wisdom of our own hearts.

🔔 Surrender to the transcendent vibrations of the gong, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit in a symphony of cosmic resonance with sound bowls, flute and other interesting sacred sounds.
