Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are becoming?
Join us in a transformative group experience where we reconnect with the body’s wisdom through sensory motor art therapy—a creative, movement-based process designed to regulate the nervous system and unlock deeper self-awareness.
Through gentle, rhythmic drawing and movement, you'll learn to release frozen or stuck feelings stored in the body. This non-verbal expression opens space for self-discovery, emotional regulation, and a sense of renewed vitality.
Let your body tell its story and begin to rewrite your inner biography—moving from fragmentation toward wholeness.
This is a space for attunement between your inner being and your true Self.
