Knowing who your customers are and being clear about what they want is a fundamental priority for all involved in the development of effective HR and L&D within organisations.
In this enjoyable and highly interactive and participatory event Jon Colman of Red Vanilla will provide and explore tools and tips to help HR/L&D professionals working within organisations and as self-employed consultants to analyse how customer/client focussed they are.
The event will give you some free-to-use tools and techniques to improve your customers/clients experience, whether your customers/clients are employees working in an organisation, managers or external clients.
During the event Jon will introduce his customer experience model and demonstrate how it can be useful within and HR/L&D context.

Jon Colman of Red Vanilla delivers customer experience training/development programmes for Sheffield teaching Hospitals, the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University as well as a range of private sector businesses.
