What is an Empowerment Session?
Who Cares? Scotland staff and care experienced campaigners will work with your group over three hours to help you understand what life is like before, during and after care. We use a blend of inspiring talks, facilitated workshops and practical tasks to make participants think about how they can make a difference.
The second half of the session is spent action planning. Our trained facilitators will work with your group to explore how, on an individual and collective level, they can make our communities more supportive of care experienced people.
