Who is in the Room? The Role of Identity in the Coaching Relationship
Thu 28 January 2016, 17:30 – 20:00 GMT
Who are you? How are you known?
How do others experience you as a coach?
Who is the client? How do they ‘show up’ for coaching?
We all have various facets of our personality and roles in our lives, so how do these affect our coaching relationships?
The aim of this session is to explore these questions from the perspective of both the coach and client, consider how we might (i) examine the issues and their impact, and (ii) develop techniques to address them with our clients within the coaching process.
Gail Porter, a highly experienced senior manager, will facilitate the evening with support from Sheila Udall , coach, coach trainer and supervisor, AND you will make it buzz... so do join us for our first CPD event of 2016.
Note: A nominal charge of £5.00 will be collected on the door to cover room and refreshment costs.
