A chance remark at a family gathering led library assistant Nadine Licence to a family link (by marriage!) to a heinous act committed in the City of London during the Second World War, and subsequent other criminal activity. Join her in the library or online to find out more!

Is Shoe Lane Library accessible?

The library is underground, and we have level access via two lifts from street level to the library. We also offer use of toilet facilities to event attendees, which are fully accessible.
