DEVELOP SATISFACTION, VITALITY and ENERGY

Discover what really matters to you, and learn how to bring more of yourself into your life. By developing the skills of values-based action and mindfulness this course will help you to reduce stress, enrich joy, deepen sleep, and engage in life with zest, wisdom and balance.

My aim with this course is to really help participants clarify (using coaching tools) what optimal wellbeing would like for each one of them, and to work out how they are going to get there. The key thing is also recognising what the thoughts and feelings are that might get in the way of someone really doing what they value. And so I will be working with participants to develop awareness of these 'internal barriers' to living life fully, AND giving you skills to carry on moving towards meaning, joy and health, even when these obstacles show up. So each participant may have a different area of health they want to focus on, and I will share information/ learning about sleep, diet, exercise, mental wellbeing, good relationship enriching skills....and will be teaching mindfulness and self-awareness skills.

£150 for 5 reinvigorating, transformational evenings. Or £135 if you book with a friend.
