Whole Self-Care for the Workplace: From Compassion Fatigue to Compassionate Presence.

A restorative professional development workshop for all workers who interface with the public be that health professionals, therapists, care or community workers.

Feeling drained or disconnected? This half-day workshop offers practical tools, nervous system support, and gentle space to reconnect with your purpose and return to your work feeling balanced, present, and restored.

For anyone in the public facing and care sector; including GPs, nurses, allied health, aged care, teachers, therapists, support workers, community workers, public servants and more.

Includes guided practices, somatic tools, boundary reflection, and protecting your energy in a supportive, beautiful riverside setting.
