Event Details

This Conference is open to all Health and Social Care Professionals with an interest in End of Life Care.

An interactive workshop focusing on communication skills, aimed for Senior Clinicians and Senior Members of the MDT

Conference Aims:

  • Raise awareness of the need to support shared decision making
  • Discuss the benefits of supporting shared decision making
  • Explore how to support shared decision making in patient groups where this can be more challenging

Lunch will be provided and tea and coffee throughout the day.  Kindly note it is the responsibility of the individual to inform us of any special dietary requirements prior to the event.

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have your registration information prior to the event.

 

What is the refund policy?

A full refund can be provided if we are notified within 7 days of the conference.

 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, colleagues can attend in your place if you are unable to attend at last minute.
