Description

Special launch event for PUBlic Relations: the new professional networking group for Oxford’s thriving PR community.

Whose role is it anyway? PR’s place in a changing world

With digital channels and content marketing blurring the boundaries between PR and marketing, and with savvy HR teams increasingly getting involved in employee engagement, does Public Relations still have a place in today’s environment? What value can PR add to building relationships with customers, consumers, and employees? And what role can we play in these debates outside the London bubble?

Special guest speakers:

- Gemma Parkes, Head of PR & Artist Liason, Oxfam
- Natasha Hill, Managing Director, Bottle communications agency
- Eddie Gibb, Head of Communications, Oxfordshire County Council

Registration from 6pm. Speakers and Q&A/panel discussion 6.30-7.30pm. Networking from 7.30pm.

Free entry. Paid bar and food service available.
