Workshop Facilitator: This workshop is led by Uzma Aitqad, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of corporate experience, including with major corporations like Alcatel, BP, and Shell. Holding an MSc in Organisational Change from Birkbeck, University of London, where she also teaches strategic and organisational change as associate lecturer, Uzma is an APMG certified change practitioner.

Uzma has personally embodied change throughout her life—from navigating a professional shift from technical telecoms engineering to specializing in the human side of change to migrating to the UK and building her career all over again. Her unique blend of academic rigor, practical expertise, and a personal journey working across diverse cultures ensures she is uniquely skilled in helping business leaders and their teams not just adopt but thrive on change.
