Description

From available statistics the British Black, Asian, and minority ethnic (BAME) are highly underrepresented in the architectural profession in the UK. This event is aimed at providing insight to this demographic as well as other interested young school and college students within Europe and beyond about what architecture is and how accessible it has become for interested students.

Short work experience opportunities offered by BDP (architectural practice) will be opened to selected interested students who attend on a "First Come First Serve" basis. There will be refreshments and presentations will be followed by Q&A session then announcement of work placement students selected.
