This two hour talk by Holly Miles, a CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist and Registered Nutritionist MBANT, will examine the backdrop of national and global health challenges – the obesity and Type 2 diabetes epidemics, our ageing population, the sharp rise in lifestyle related chronic conditions (especially in younger people), the prevalence of food intolerances and allergies, the huge increase in stress and anxiety diagnoses, over-prescription of drugs and surgery, and why there is so much conflicting and confusing information about diet and lifestyle in the media. It will also give you an overview of our 6 week Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme.

You will have ample opportunity to ask Holly questions during and after the talk, and you will also be able to register for the next 6 week Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Course starting in your area at the end of April.

Our 6 week Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme, founded on WHO, NICE and NHS guidelines, will teach you how to use nutrition and lifestyle to:

  • balance your blood sugar and energy

  • reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease

  • improve your digestion

  • reduce anxiety, stress and low mood

  • support better sleep

  • encourage healthy ageing

Our programme has been developed and will be delivered by Holly Miles, a CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist and Registered Nutritionist MBANT, as well as a highly qualified life coach. It is aimed at enabling sustainable lifestyle change not just weight loss, although weight loss is a very likely outcome, and involves no products, plans or points. You will receive lots of practical advice, inspiration and motivation to make lasting changes to your diet, lifestyle and health.
