Description

Employee experience...anyone??

At home, we’ve come to expect a high standard from our digital products - at work… well that’s a different story. The tools and software we use to do our jobs have long lived in the shadows. Clunky, slow and often damn ugly. The big question is why hasn’t the UX focus we’ve come to expect from consumer products been applied to the tools we use in the office?

Employee experience has been receiving a lot of attention of late - it's forecasted to be the hottest development in the way we work since the industrial revolution. Keep an eye on @100Shapes Twitter if you are interested as we are about to release a piece on our "must" Trends.

We decided to start 2018 by reflecting and discussing the opportunities and challenges of Employee Experience. In order to do that we have invited three guests to tell us what EX means to them and how they use it in their organisations.

- Michele Memoli, Managing Director at 100 Shapes

- Richard Picot, UX Designer at Saberr

- Tristan Collery, Product Manager at ITV
