Event description
A great deal of attention is given in the media to ‘healthy lifestyles’.

About this Event

We are regularly exhorted to eat more fruit and vegetables, reduce dietary fat, exercise regularly and sit less. Professor Gorely’s lecture will present various approaches to encouraging people to move more and sit less across a variety of settings and populations. She will draw on her own research and that of her colleagues and dissertation students - past and present.

Professor Trish Gorely will present her lecture on Wednesday 30 October at Inverness College UHI and will be available for audience questions. The lecture will be followed by tea and coffee.
