What is philosophy, and why has it inspired people for centuries? This opening half-day course introduces philosophy as a practical and meaningful pursuit. Participants will explore how big questions—about life, meaning, and truth—can enhance personal insight and well-being. Through discussion, reflection, and a short inquiry meditation, we begin a journey of thoughtful exploration, learning how curiosity and critical thinking can help us live more consciously and intentionally.
