Creating a mentally wealthy workplace

About this Event

This World Mental Health Day Ruth Cooper-Dickson & Emma Morley discuss their shared manifesto for mentally wealthy workplaces in the stunning Fora conservatory.

Ruth is the Founder of Champs, the global wellbeing consultancy. She is an experienced Mental Health First Aider and a hands-on wellbeing specialist focused on practical outcomes. Ruth has personal lived experience of Generalised Anxiety and Panic Disorder throughout her corporate business career, which fuelled her passion for launching Champs.

Emma is the Founder of trifle*, a workspace interior design consultancy whose mission is to make working lives better by designing healthy, inspiring workspaces that better support the people who work in them.

Ruth and Emma share a personal vision & philosophy around C.L.E.A.N that they will discuss over breakfast which offers simple tips for improved working lives, days & spaces.

We are grateful to our kind sponsors at Fora Space for hosting the event and we look forward to meeting you all in this beautiful Conservatory, that is in itself the embodiment of a Mentally wealthy working space.
