Bishop Grosseteste University has been here in the historic heart of Lincoln for over 150 years, a beautifully green and pleasant campus just a few minutes' walk from the buzz of Steampunk Asylum in the Lincoln Cathedral, Castle and the old Roman part of the city.
We have two types of accommodation to offer guests, all based within the campus and offering daily breakfast in our Refectory restaurant
Wickham Hall (en-suite)
This building contains 6 private en-suite bedrooms and a communal kitchen and living area per apartment. Each en-suite room contains a double bed, shower cubicle, built in wardrobe, and easy chair. The communal kitchen and living areas are fully fitted with microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer, dining table and chairs, sofas and TV. Please note this is not a self-catering space as we do not stock cutlery, crockery, pots etc.

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is by 10:00
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
1 Car per room is included within your booking, you will be asked to provide your Registration number at the checkout.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes however you will need to contact us to arrange the name change. This is free of charge, however we are only able to release tickets to the named guest.
Housekeeping
Rooms will be ready upon your arrival and extra provisions will be made available for you should you require them.
I want to bring my Child/Children to the Asylum
Unfortunately we do not have family rooms. Those booking double accommodation with a child please contact us via the email below.
What if I need to make any changes to my booking information after my booking is confirmed?
You are able to log into your own personal eventbrite page and make changes to your booking details. For example should your car registration change. If you have trouble with this however, please contact us.
