This Circle gathering is exclusively for women who have lost a life partner through death.

Dear sisters,

This gathering is a gentle invitation to share your story - if and when you’re ready - and to hold space for the beautiful, complex journey each of us walks as a widowed woman.

This time, we come together to honour the many shapes grief presents. After the loss of a (previous) life partner, life doesn’t move in the same line as before. Grief changes, softens, deepens, and surprises us.

May I offer some prompts:

  • How has grief changed for you since your loss?
  • What shape does it take now compared to before?
  • If you would compare your grief to a season, which season do you find yourself in right now?

Here, we speak openly about the different paths grief takes us on, and remind ourselves that we don’t walk this path alone.

There is no rush, here we are free from judgement. This is a sacred space to be seen, heard, and honoured exactly as you are. Together, we witness the courage it takes to move through loss and to find new ways to live, love, and heal.

We come as we are, holding all the pieces of our journey with tenderness and respect, knowing that in our stories, we find connection, strength, and hope.

With infinite love,

Rachel
