About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

We look forward to welcoming you to the Wigan Talk and Support Group!

It is free to join, please just click the orange ‘Get tickets’ button above and register on each of the meeting events you want to attend so that we know to expect you on the day.

The group is run by Lorraine and Michelle who took over chairing the group at the end of 2018.  They both attended the group prior to this for support for their children who have epilepsy. Here's what they have to say about the group:

"We welcome anyone to our group whose life is affected by epilepsy, maybe yourself or a family member. Our members find it so helpful to be able to chat over a cup of tea or coffee in an informal setting with others who understand and experience similar issues. We look forward to meeting you."

Please follow this group to be the first to find out when more meeting dates are released and open to registration.

If you want more information on how to register your place on a face to face group you can download our handy guide. Or please email lso@epilepsy.org.uk or call 0113 210 8899 if you have further questions about the group or need further assistance.

If you are unable to attend the meetings in person but still want to connect to others living with epilepsy, you may be interested in our virtual groups.

For further information on how to live well with epilepsy or ways you can support us please visit our website.
