Are you a parent carer of a child or young person (0-25) with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND). Come and join us for a day with Practitioners from Health, Education and Social Care who can support, signpost and provide information to parent carers. We will also be running interactive workshops throughout the day and we are delighted to welcome More Than Words who will be performing in the afternoon.
Its set to be a fun, informative day, one not to be missed!
