Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Please go use Eventbrite to request a refund.

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?

Accepted Answer

The farmyard area with the food trucks, and stalls is fully accessible. However, the fields and woodlands do have loose and uneven ground and to access them there are fairly steep inclines. We have 2 disabled parking spaces and we have 3 accessible toilets.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

There is parking available at Tor bridge high car park. The What3Words for the entrance to the car park is SCALE.CURE.SOCK and The car park itself is FRIES.SHAVE.DEEPER. The farm is a short walk from here and will be signposted by green arrows.

Will there be food and drinks available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be a variety of food and drink vendors. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be available.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please make sure service animals are properly identified.

Are there specific guidelines for participating in physical activities?

Yes, please listen to your body and participate at your own pace. If you have any health conditions, consult with your doctor before attending. Inform the instructors of any concerns before starting an activity.

What happens if it rains?

The event will go on rain or shine. In case of severe weather warnings, we may have to postpone the event. Please check our website or social media for updates.

Yes, a detailed schedule will be posted on our social media channels and on this Eventbrite page. It will also be provided at the entrance. Make sure to arrive early to sign up for any limited-capacity activities.
