This Wild Wine and beer session is very exciting for us - we will start the day by trying a couple of wines, going out to a local site to collect our wild plants and flavourings which we can add to our own initial wine and beer brewing back at the parlour (everyone will go home with their own 5 litres of wine starting to ferment and brew) - we will go on to taste a whole range of wild fermented wines, beers. We tasted up to 25 different flavours at last years event. We'll be looking at what can be gathered from this season..
Everything is included and you will leave with:
- tasting 25+ wines, beers
- a 5 litre container of your own fermenting wine/beer, including airlock, yeast, muslin and fermenting container
