THINGS TO NOTE:

This particular retreat is an immersive re-wilding event for women in a spiritual community in an almost entirely off-grid venue, symbiotic with nature, and focused on kundalini yoga and meditation, which means…

1. All participants must have come to at least one in-person class with me as kundALIni is a world apart from other forms of yoga and I have a particular style of delivery and holding space. It is therefore important that we have connected eye to eye before I can accept your booking.

2. Wild camping 🏕 : bring your own private tent or opt to sleep in a large bell tent or round house shared with other participants on the retreat. We will gather together amongst the trees in both the magical “Red temple” and in the wilderness for classes and sessions, and sit around our own private fire-pit for Shakti circle ceremonies.

This venue is not wheelchair accessible as it is in hilly woodland amongst the trees and roots and rivers limit access.

3. Re-wilding means eco (planet friendly) toilets in the woods (long drop style).

4. Wash and bathe your body in the river/waterfall (and before and after a sauna 🔥) so please be mindful to use only products that are in alignment with nature.

5. Fresh drinking water (plus teas and kettles) available in kitchen area.

6. Back to nature communal living- everyone helps each other and cleans up after themselves , leaving spaces more beautiful than they found them 🙂

7. We will be far far away from shops so important that you bring all you need with you.

I am working up all the finer details about exactly what to bring, car-sharing, public transport etc and will send this to confirmed participants in due course.

8. All participants interest in joining me are requested to schedule a 121 call/meet up to connect with me directly and go through what to expect and I can answer any questions you may have before booking.

************************************

Warning- this experience may burst open your heart and mind as you unravel any limiting stories you hold of yourself and open up to your limitless true potential.

Join me if your ready to rewrite your destiny as we embrace and nurture our collective evolution as a Divine Sisterhood of Wild Women.

Sat nam, namaste, Aho!
