Join Forest Found for our new Wild & Free sessions for Home Educated children aged 5-11years.
We've planned a morning packed with opportunities to learn, explore, create and play in the magical setting of Farnley Hall woods. .
Run by an experienced teacher and Forest School Practitioner, this exciting and relevant programme offers children the chance to learn within an rich informal play environment whilst developing vital emotional and social tools to equip them to face challenge, become resilient learners and creative thinkers.
A few important bits of info:
Sessions will only be able to run if all spaces are taken.
A full refund can be issued if place is cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event after which no refund will be paid.
Parents are not required to stay with their child/children.
Please ensure your child/children wears appropriate clothing and brings extra layers just in case.
Please ensure your child/children are wearing sturdy footwear.
All children need to bring a bottle of water with them and a packed lunch. (Hot chocolate and marshmallows will be shared at the end too!)
There will be a form to complete on arrival to check any medical/learning requirements etc.
The site will be signposted but here are a few further instructions on how to find us:
Drive into the main entrance of Farnley Hall and then turn immediately right through the wooden gate. Make your way down the track to our site where you'll find space to park on the left hand side.
