When you make your own gin you can capture memories - the plants & herbs that are the smells of blissful afternoons with friends and loved ones. Making your own gin means you can literally be drunk on nostalgia with this class.
You'll be balancing the flavours of your life, and making your very own foraged gin.
During this workshop we will familiarize ourselves with the plants used in gin. I'll conduct a gin tasting so you'll have an idea of how yours before we crack on and make your own gin right there on the spot using the botanicals that we will have foraged.
A bit more about me and the course.
Over the past decade I have been honing new ways to share my joint lifelong obsessions of plants and booze. My aim has always been to entertain as much as inform and I allow the group or audience to dictate what they get from me and thus create an event perfect for that moment in time everytime.
As alcohol is consumed all participants are asked not to drive but the venue is easily accessible on foot. To attend you must be over 18 as there is booze involved.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Email please - andy@theotherandyhamilton - I check emails during office hours and will answer as promptly as family life dictates.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Sorry, no. Make sure this is the event you want to book on before booking.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, that's fine as long as someone turns up and they have paid I'll be happy.
What is the Capital of Peru?
Strange question and a little irrelevant, but Lima.
